Sussex Marine Watersports Ltd, Founded in 2001, and set up a Seadoo dealership for jet ski PWC users. We have such an enthusiasm for the industry we’ve converted that passion into a successful business that’s there to offer new and returning customers a high level of service and friendly advice. Sussex Marine was set up by Paul & Garry, However Garry Retired in December 2024.

Paul Richards

Company Director (Tech & Parts)
The face behind Sussex Marine Watersports, Paul is also the Tech Man. He specialises in all maintenance and servicing of your Seadoo machines. In his
spare time he is a keen biker and has a passion for snow skiing.

Laith Zaki

Sales, Launching & Office General Manager

Laith joined Paul at Sussex Marine in February 2025. Laith comes from a background of working in The Automotive Industry & Car Sales For 30 Years Car & a further 10 years in the Boating & Cruise Ship Industry.

Laith will be here to do the Sales of New and Used Ski Sales, while also running the office and doing the Launching.

We welcome Laith in this new chapter in Sussex Marine.

Ashley Richards 

Software Developer & Specialist

Ashley specialises in developing software and mobile applications. Developed our Sea-Doo UK app. AshleyRichards.co.uk.

Kim Rainer

HR & Accounts Manager

Kim is our new Accounts Manager. Joined in 2024.
